Being in all commision job has its perks and as well as its disadvantages.The company is not a door to door residential buasiness but more of a business to business advertising sales pitch company in which you have to have an effective pitch in order for people to buy whatever particular product they palce you with for that rotation. There are usually 3 different products the office sells and a group of somewhere between 40 to 60 people split up in 3 marketing campaigns and take on certain divisions of the DFW metroplex in order to push out products such as Dallas stars tickets or spa packages that need heavy promotion.....The goal is to sell a minimun of 15 of whatever package a day and you will have to meet and interact with around 120 people a day in order for this goal to be established. The job is very tiring but the operation is not designed for you to be a salesman or solicitor but for you to learn how to communicate effectively so you can run your own business...There are no ranks... if you sell the best you are the best and you move up based on that. it is a hard job but if you dont see yourself being a big time business owner and makin 100k to a million a year without breakin a sweat any other way ..if you have no other talents or ways to make easy cash and be well off for the rest of your life...this is for you but if you do i would look into your area of interest and leave this business alone its not for you.

nick and krisiti didnt lie to me they answered all questions. yeah its commision but nick did say that at the interview lol.
